The COVID experience captured my attention on my life’s benefits formed through our EAG team, clients, networking groups, and Chamber memberships. At a time when ‘isolation’ was being practiced for the sake of our health, in addition to family and friends, my professional connections moved life forward at a pace I was used to going. The EAG part of my life has provided me with a platform to build such a life network. I am thankful to be able to share over two decades of advertising and Public Relations experience with our clients from small business America – the foundation of U.S. business.

I am very proud of the fact that EAG has done much more than simply help businesses grow. We have also provided important services to local unions that represent vital first-responders in the areas of human service, law enforcement, and firefighting. Our staff also provides both professional and volunteer support to a number of extraordinary non-profit organizations in the area, like Alyssa’s Angels, Embrace Your Sisters, and the Federation of Social Workers. EAG has established itself as part of the basic fabric of our community.

It has been both a privilege and an honor to work as a vendor for Diane, John and the entire team at EAG since 2005. Over the years, business environments and clients have changed, but the relationship I have with EAG continues to grow. Since the agency has a diverse client base, I am able to put my 35+ years of experience as a copywriter to work for EAG, specializing in projects ranging from writing on-hold message scripts to brochures and websites. Working for EAG is a pleasure – and I hope to have the opportunity to be a part of their extended team for the next 15 years and beyond!

In the over 10 years I’ve been part of EAG, I can tell you the attention to your business you will get here is second to none. Both Diane and John, as well as all the other team members, go all-in to understand their clients' goals and needs, and to make the most of their budgets.
